While some Macs allow users to swap or expand their memory, there can sometimes be an issue where users find that their machine is running slower after the upgrade. Having a drive LED on the menubar is a much more convenient way to check drive status at a glance.Īlso I would like the option to set colors for the individual items Usage sets in the menubar based on thresholds (for example green/yellow/red to notate normal/caution/critical conditions) or plain white for all conditions (as they are now) based on user preferences.Īs examples, if CPU temperature or usage, memory usage and/or free disk space pass certain thresholds, set the color based on them.Īs for the disk LED if you chose to add one, I wold like it to be green when the drives are idle and red when they are in use.
